GOTCHA! is Richmond's newest weekly newspaper,which is kind of sad. Sad that each week there are enough mug shots in the central Virginia are to fill a newspaper. Filled with just pages of Mug shots and the crimes they commited, it also has listing of restaurants that have failed inspection.
They have fun with the pictures too, on one page grouping people that look like Harry Potter.
