All You Need to be a DJ at Banditos
Mix your own sweet beats instead of working. If you're at the brandcenter, make sure you don't use headphones so that everyone can enjoy.

Some conversations between husband and wife as they brush their teeth for bed should never have to start like this:
"Hey hwile ah hwuz ghon, hwif toofbruf didjoo yoosh fur babee dawg?"
Yeah, you know what the answer to my question was. Total toothbrush interruptus.

Virtual Mentoring
Internet helps bring an almost endless supply of mentors to a place that have little or none.

My parents bought me a Ukulele for Christmas. I just discovered this website with tons of songs transposed for the Uke. Time to get busy!

A Jeff Vitkun Joint
This is a scene from the movie Clockers by Spike Lee.
The scene looks cooler when you see it in the context of the rest of the movie.

six flags new orleans, defunct amusement park
Located in the Ninth Ward, the park closed down in 2005 on the eve of Hurricane Katrina. Today, the sign outside of the Six still reads, "CL SED FOR STORM." The park is too expensive to rebuild and too expensive to abandon, so it sits and waits for decay to claim it.

The Creative Space
This website is quickly becoming a favorite of mine, it shows the creative in their natural environment; and the pictures are shot beautifully. I dream of what my studio will look like in the future when I live in a loft in SoHo...
This image is of Nicholas Andersen and Julie Ho- Confetti System at their studio NYC .

Jeff Wall & Fabricating Photography.
Below is the piece "After 'Invisible Man'" which is based on a scene written about in a novel when a man falls into a hidden room and experiences what it is like to live without light. Jeff Wall pain-stakingly creates these scenes from the ground up, then photographs them and displays them backlit. All his work is amazing, but this particular piece is my favorite because the scene tells such an unmistakeable story.

Good writer needed.
Edvard Munch's Two Beings (The Lonely Ones). First saw this at the National Gallery in DC. There's a story begging to be told. But I'm not good enough to write it.
