It's a valuable reference tool for programmers as well as triumph for computing, but to everyone else it's pretty much worthless—that is, except to bored Amazon.com users who have made it a platform for satirical reviews. WiFi Fence Painting

A norwegian team built a 12 foot rod of blinking light that measures wifi signal strength. When walking slowly and shot with a long-exposure, it illuminates the wifi fences surrounding their town.
